The meg (Jason Statham)

An international underwater team is attacked by a massive creature previously thought to be extinct. Their deep-sea submersible ends up on the ocean floor—with the crew trapped inside. In a race against time, they enlist the help of deep-sea diver Jonas Taylor to rescue the crew from the enormous threat: a 20-meter-long shark known as the "Megalodon." What they didn't know was that Taylor had encountered this same terrifying creature years earlier. Together with Suyin, Taylor must confront his fears and risk his own life to save everyone trapped at the bottom of the ocean. Once again, he comes face-to-face with the largest predator to ever exist.
